You are:

A talented and driven partnerships manager who has managed global top tier partners, demonstrating significant year over year growth.

You will own and grow Oosto’s partnership program for Resellers and System Integrators. You'll be creating and operating platforms, tools and programs to onboard channel partners, support their work and activities relating to Oosto’s solutions, ensuring their success and driving growth of our mutual business. Success will depend on your ability to plan, develop, execute and operate a structured, efficient and effective programs, enabling the scale of Oosto’s partners network and the growth of Oosto’s business generated through its partners. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Build, deliver and execute partner enablement platforms, programs, processes and tools to manage, support and grow our partners network and ensure their success delivering Oosto’s solutions to the end customers. 
  • Initiate programs, campaigns and incentives to increase partners loyalty and ensure their attention and dedication to Oosto.
  • Maintain UpToDate database of all partners, their contact information, agreements, commercial terms and other relevant information
  • Develop and coordinate training programs on ongoing basis to ensure partners are well educated and in sync with Oosto’s solutions, business objectives, messaging and commercial terms. Formalize and track certification and training that leads to successful performance.  
  • Manage new partners qualification and onboarding . Implement processes to ensure company’s proper and ongoing communication with the partners ecosystem, enabling effective collaboration, identifying partners needs and constant optimization of tools, processes and activities. 
  • Coordinate all partner facing activities, including Quarterly Business Reviews to empower the relationship and enhance our collaboration. 
  • Work internally with sales, professional services, marketing, channel teams and other company functions to implement the required partner programs and infrastructure. 

Requirements


  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated track record developing and managing partnership/reseller programs 
  • Experience working with channel partners (system integrators, resellers); advantage: experience with resellers in the field of physical security and/or IT for fortune 500 enterprises and government sectors.
  • Proven experience with CRM tools specifically Salesforce.com 
  • Methodical, results driven, and process oriented professional, demonstrating excellent analytical and execution skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
