We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define our content needs, product positioning, and competitor intelligence. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. For this role, you need to be a creative and quantitative thinker and be able to create compelling messaging that breaks through the noise. 

What you will do 

  • Product Messaging: Work with the Marketing, Product, Partner and Sales teams to develop the product messaging and GTM strategy. 
  • Value Proposition: Showcase and refine our value proposition and drive demand by presenting frequent and fun webinars to prospects, customers, and business partners. Help define and market our product differentiators and key benefits to improve awareness and drive sales. 
  • Product Roadmap: Stay up-to-date on the product roadmap and relay pertinent information and dates to the global sales, marketing and partner teams. 
  • Competitor Intelligence: Perform competitor and industry analysis to help the sales and partner teams compete more effectively and better position our services. 
  • Content Creation: Working with our Content Manager, help create a variety of marketing content, including ebooks, white papers, emails, datasheets, and more. 
  • Partner Communications: Develop partnership communication channels for our strategic partnerships team and write engaging newsletters, one pagers, and other forms of collateral for our most strategic partners. 
  • Sales Enablement: Enable the sales team with internal content on competitive analyses, case studies, presentation decks, propositioning, and emails.

Requirements

  • Experienced. 5+ years marketing experience and 3+ years’ experience in product marketing.  MBA is a plus.
  • Domain. Experience in cyber or physical security with experience in computer vision, AI and/or biometrics space within the B2B software industry. Solid understanding of product marketing marketing principles, including positioning, content creation, competitor surveillance and market research.
  • Communicator: Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills, and with the ability to write and create stories that help drive our product and sales growth.
  • Performer. Proven success in managing multiple projects and ability to stay nimble.
  • Juggler. Ability to multi‐task, listen and communicate well across different geographies.
  • Innovator. Strong technology marketing background with a history of innovation and success at fast‐ growing, technology companies.
  • Sales & Partner Enablement. Ability to create new ideas for marketing programs and help individual sales reps and partner managers deliver on their targets.
  • Passion and Conviction. Smart, creative thinking with an understanding of how marketing and sales relate to create compelling customer and partner experiences.
  • Sense of humor. Our team has a GSD mentality, but don’t take ourselves too seriously.
